August 16th, 1752
Hello again. I think that the last entry really helped relieve me some of the stress, so I'm going to write again. The Natives have really got my family scared. Anna, my twelve year old daughter, won't go that far away from the house and my wife is getting paranoid about every move we make. To be honest, I'm becoming paranoid myself. Lately I've been keeping a heavy guard everywhere I go. Most everyone who didn't flee has either died, or has been captured already. I don't know if our colonies are causing them to react like this, but I don't think the militia is doing anything about the natives because they are scared of the Iroquois League. I am thinking of fleeing while we can, but I have just put so much work into the land I that bought on the Susquehanna Valley. Then again, I do not want to put any of my family members at risk.
